After Rolfing it felt as if I had been reborn and was able to breathe for the very first time. I am now 74 years old and feel physically and mentally good due to sessions with Stephanie.
Stephanie has excellent Rolfing skills. I am sure I would not feel twenty years younger if not for her expert Rolfing. She has also helped me with past trauma issues and the releases from that have been very appreciated.
